- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $50.
4. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure discretion.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal regulations, we are unable to ship to the following states: Idaho, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Additionally, certain local jurisdictions may impose restrictions on CBD/THC products. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with local laws.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at customerservice@tru-hemp.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Changes to Shipping Information
If you need to update your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us at customerservice@tru-hemp.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.
